I was changing my aro to a new tank and it is suddenly jumped and I got it by hand. It’s tail got tore abit. Just worrying about it. But my aro is swimming well.. the only thing is it’s tail. Will it Grow? I’m so upset. Does the tail torn hurt my aro?

Your aro should be fine if the only damage is a mildly torn tail fin. Monitor it’s condition for the next couple days. Provide clean water and it will likely heal in no time.

The tear doesn't sound like too much to worry about,as long as it does not extend all the way down to where the fin connects to the tail it should heal in a few weeks.Keep up with your water changes.
