My attempt at a Rio Xingu biotope... Sorry about the horrible pictures. Too much glare in the dining room.

(5) Geophagus argyrostictus
(2) Retroculus xinguensis (not pictured, still in temporary tank)
(16) Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis aka "Lemon Tetras"

80g long powered by two AC110's and a 48" Beamworks LED.

All thoughts are welcomed!

Looking good! Cant tell from the pic - how is the color on the lemons? They look so bland in the LFS, but after they settle in for a month or two that yellow starts to show up. One of my favorite schoolers.

Looks great. How are your Pothos hung in the tank?

Thank you! Color is good, but could be better. I have been messing around with this tank a lot the last week or so, so they are a bit stressed. I will say though, most tetras that I have purchased have always colored up nicely, regardless of their coloration from the LFS. Theres something to say about good clean water ;-)

Thanks! I removed the back half of the middle glass lid and replaced it with egg crate. ;-)

Tank looks fantastic bro! Love the pothos on tanks like this. I have some wood you may want for it. Hit me up
