Today i went out to my LFS and they had a 5x2x2 with about 20 young jags between 2-4" and i asked if he could pick me out young female, as i don't have the space for a pair yet. so I just got the female? It does look like one though. I also got a Nuce 4" Feaste cichlid, he was in a tank of convicts and had gone a grey colour with thick black bars, and i got him home and he went a great red colour. They are going in my CA cichlids tank.

Hey - nice fish! Too early to tell on the jag's sex, but the other is an urophthalmus / Mayan.

I think you will really like the Uro - In my experience, they are even more beautiful and personable than a festae. They are extremely interactive with people as well. I personally like the pink/black contrast :)

Do you own one? If you do could you post some pics of it up please, kind sir?

No, but I used to have a breeding pair. (Except each one paired with a Texas instead) Somebody on here posted that theirs paired with a Texas as well. I wonder why this is,
but anyways, they do well in a large Cichlid community. Yours is a picture perfect specimen!
