I have noticed lately that my pbass have been scratching themselfs on the gravel. I looked for ich, and even bumped the temp and added salt. Yesterday when I got home, the azul lokks all blotchy, like a human would look after a good sunburn and the skin peeled off.
I had this fish for over a year and he is about 13-14 in.
The 2 occilaris I have are scratching to, but look normal.

What med should I use?

Is that even possible? The water is from the same source, all other fish including other pbass are fine. I do 50% water changes 1-2 times a week. The tank is a 600g, so I really don't think param. would change that quick.

Oh, the only thing that was diff. was I added more heaters and noticed one has moisture inside of it. Do you think that electric current could have done this?

Possible. Either way, get that heater out of there! A leaky heater is dangerous to the fish and possibly to you!

I recently bumped the temp up and added salt to one of my tanks for an ick outbreak... It kinda held it in check, but did not cure it. I wound up using Quick Cure by Aquarium Pharmacuticals I believe. I won't hurt your bio filter, so the Quick Cure stuff is safe to use. I would use it for the 5 recommended days anyway as PBass are suscepible to ick (so I have read). I think the stuff says it works on flukes too in case that is the problem (but check the bottle, I'm not sure).

Good luck, hope he pulls through.

do a full treatment of salt for bacterial infection. if he dosnt start getting better within 2 days treat with prazipro!!!! it will kill almost all parasites. and u can use it along with the salt. works wonders and u can use it as a preventative. i use it because all my fish eat feeders and u never know if they are sick or not. any questions let me know

No harm in adding melafix and pimafix also.

check all your parameters again, including ph.. There may have been something bad in your last 300g water change. It might be due to the municipality if you are on city water. You might also have had an ammonia spike or even a nitrate spike if it was high enough could possibly cause something like this.
