My baby oscar and sevs!

Just introduced the 2 to my Oscar. They are in a 125 with 5 neon tetras (had 35+) left over from the time it was a discus setup. 4 nerite snails are left in tank too. I know they’ll become snacks eventually!

Yes all look healthy!

yes! That’s what I was hoping you would say! That has made my day.

they are feeding on Fluvul Bug Bites Cichlid Formula + Hikari Cichlid Gold Mini Floating Pellets.

The baby oscar and green sev are already lip locking a lot. I can’t believe I didn’t know they fight head on like that as babies. More importantly I didn’t think sevs were too aggressive.

they mainly do this under one of the pieces of driftwood. Otherwise they been cool with each other so far.

I have a small aro in there too. He’s passive. The gold sev he even backs down from if it gets in his face.
