If he is really fat and in his stomach is distended on both sided I would wait. IN about 6 hours the fish will be close to digested and you can feed another.

Not that it matters but do you have a pic of how fat he is with the current meal

Yeah be careful what you do apparently they are quite fragile at that age. I just came home to all 3 of mine DEAD. Fine at lunch, dead 4 hours later. Very dissapointing
