well not bad but he has become very violent toward my other polys. He is a little over 15in long and a beast at that Sunday morning when I woke up he had my 12in laps head in his mouth the lap was trying to get out but he just would not let go, i had to get in there to pull him out,he has completely taken the tail off of my congi as well. I wanted to know if others have had a problem with any of there polys that might be bigger then the rest like I am having he dose not mess with my sen at all. I am at the point were I am thinking of trading him in to a LFS for a smaller one to grow out with the rest.some advice needed

You can usually reduce bichir aggression by increasing the number of bichirs in your rank. If tank space allows, I would take the route first.

I had 2 at 14" that would grab my laps by the tail and go for a ride. It is the price you pay for having a tank full of predators, can't just expect it to go all nice like... funny thing is that they left my albino senes and the rest of the 12 poly's alone.

I do expect them to get along. I have seem alot of members have a lot of polys together with no problems,or I might be just expecting to much out of them

I dont think he is cramp the tank is 60x24x30
I ordered a new tank that will be in by the 14th of Jan that is 48x36x18 just for my polys hope this will help

My endlis are not aggressive but my two biggest ornates do kind of pick on the the smallest one,but they are kind of a pair so i guess thats the reason they pick on him.
Why did you go from 60" to 48,if i could fit a 36" wide tank in id have a at least a 72x36x24 or is 60 your limit,nice footprint if you get the 48 though,good luck.

i had a agressive onate but im my case he was only aggresive towards other males
aggression stoped when i removed the other 2 males
