I don't think the tail is crooked. I do think it looks clamped. Many MFK claimed it's due to bad genetics thru breeding.

How big is it? Some bahias lose this trait as they grow, I have two both had clamped tails one out grew it the other still has it a little bit.

Most bahias have ducklips...all the liplocking with the other one probably doesn't help either.
