This is my bamboo shrimp I have had it for a little over a year or so. It's about three inches long. Is this as large as it will get?

Are they relatively slow growers then? Doesn't seem like its growing much at all. Also is there a way to differentiate sex in bamboo shrimp?
I was also wondering if there is anything I should be feeding it? Right now it just cleans the wood and substrate in the tank and filters food out of the water (I assume). Maybe it is not receiving proper nutrition to achieve optimal growth?
They're slow growers and as long as you have some current in the tank they'll be fine. They're filter feeds so stuff like algae wafers and crushed flakes they'd eat.
