My Bangkok fishing trip

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Loving the vids, but just wanted to say, isn't it slightly redundant blurring the faces out in the pictures when you can see them in the videos?

Anyway, good to see there are other Chinese members on this site, even if your in the UK :)

I am going to Thailand again next January to the IT Monster Lake, but I can't find any information about this place on the internet.

Chatatuk market is crazy, they sell owl, eargle, monkey there. We found some small Mekong Giant Catfish there selling at very cheap price, much cheaper than Hong Kong, If they were not protected, I would have brought some back to Hong Kong. We also found some small true ST there, but they were evern more expensive than HK.

Is that stingray breeding farm open for visitor? I would like to visit some tropical fish farm in my next trip but I think most of them are not open for visitor

^ Just curious, since i see you keep referring back to Hong Kong, do you have any experience bringing fish from Thailand back to Hong Kong?

If so, how did you do it, is there anything special one needs to know about bringing them in?

Funny you should mention this. I've brought fish and plants back from hong kong. Your local customs office should be able to advise you on the limit of lifestock and water that can be brought on the plane. And you can't put it in carry on luggage since there is a liquid ban. It's strictly check in luggage only. I double bagged my fish and duct taped it in styrofoam boxes.

How about Thailand to America? I plan on visting some extended family in Thailand. I'd love to bring home some monsters!!! I just don't kno if my cousins know if there are fish farms close to them... Can't expect much from them there black and live in Thailand...
