made a little video today after a water change.
he's about 11".

has a juvenile midas which i hope turns out to be a partner for him at about 5"

Did you smooth out all the gravel for the video? :D
My former Midas always had all the gravel pushed in a hill on one side of the tank.
 
you should see what my convicts do to the gravel. haha yea that tank looks suspiciously clean and neat to be housing a big cichlid. lol

lol this was after a water change.
usually i push the gravel into his pot so he has something to do
but i never touched any of the other gravel lol.
just what's in the pot haha.

I noticed something weird. On the YouTube video before I hit the start arrow button, he looks really small. Then when I click start, he's much bigger.

EDIT, ok it looks like a different fish.
