My bearded dragon needs help!

I have a bearded dragon who is 18" (not full grown) and recently I have been feeding him super worms instead of crickets... And now when I put my hand in his terrarium to feed him or pick him up he thinks my fingers are super worms! What should I do?

I have a set of tweezers that I ALWAYS feed him with (including his fruits) But for his greens I place his greens in the tank with my hand though. He always gets excited when he sees them :)

try putting them in a bowl when he is asleep and then let him eat from that, otherwise your hand is kinda target training him
