My Beautiful Discus Are Dying... Help!

I don't know quite what to do. About a month ago one of my discus starting losing its color and had these transparent spots. The discus died shortly thereafter.

Now ALL of my discus are going through the same health issues. The fins start to rot away with a moldy white area and colored areas on the discus are starting to turn transparent and look a little shredded. The one that is worse off (the red spotted one) is hiding in a corner and slipping quickly.

Can anyone offer any advice?!

Along time ago I bought Metronidazole and a Dewormer (Piperazine) - would that help. Thanks guys!

Quartine it, give medication.

Even though they all seem affected do I quartine just the one? What medication?

i would treat the whole tank with a broad spectrum anti-biotic like Bactonex, follow the instructions, and you would need to remove the carbon out of filters for the duration of treatment i believe as the meds will kill off the beneficial bacteria. also recommend doing a 25% water change before treatment, then a 25% after treatment.
