My bichir is acting really WEIRD!!!

Ok so ive been treating my water for Fluke worms cuz i had them in there n all n now on the 3rd day of treatment my smallest senegal has started just kind hoverin in the top corner above the filter where there is no current or anything... he just sits there right below the surface not really moving... he yawns every now and then and if i tap him hell swim down but then when i look back like 5 -10 mins later hell back in the same spot...
anybody ever experienced this before?
what should i do?

My lil Senegal always posts up behind my heater in the corner of the tank. He's just chillin, no harm.

yea but in the 4 months Ive had him hes never acted this way before. Hes always out and about. Could it be because the temp on the tank is high right now for the medication period... maybe the lack of oxygen or the heat is just exausting him...
