that first flick in the current section is so sick...i cant wait to move to the mainland so i can own a monitor.

Good looking monitor. How big is the enclosure and how old is he? If I were you I'd take out some of the rocks in there and add a better substrate for digging that also holds some humidity like Bed a Beast.

Even better mix keep the sand and add the bed a beast, make sure those rocks are stable you dont want one accidently collapsing and killing your little albig (but seth has the right idea about keeping it humid in there)
 
He hasnt really shown an interest in digging, he seems to like to sleep in between the rocks most of the time. The rock work is very secure is anchored all the way to the glass so he cannot get under the support rocks. I will be changing out the substrate, maybe some cocoa husk w/sand?
