My Blood Parrot has a freckle, what is it?

I have had this parrot for a year now. He started showing this freckle about a month ago. Not sure, seems to be growing. I felt it and looked really close. Looks like a pigment thing. There is nothing there.

lol, i see that this forum doesnt get the most attention. hope someone can help ya out. im tryin to get some help on my midas. the jd w him has sort of the same thing on her tail

it's nothing. just changing color at that spot. he might get some more, or it may disappear in a few weeks.

It might also be a stress spot. Very common with Blood Parrots.
