my bluegill's not eating

i have had a pet bluegill for 5 days now and its not eating ANYTHING. i pupt crickets and stuff on the top that have perfect action and my bluegill just looks at it. i worried he's never going to start eating. What should i do???

first is it wild caught?
if it is put bloodworms in there on day 7. fast him for the next two days. he cant resist the blood worms after that.

I had the same problem for about a week until he got acclimated and now I have him on dillies and crawlers. I'll post a video later on. My Sunny's a bad mother he smashes into everything during feeding.

just feed him anything you want worms or crickets, but i would get him on flakes soon

I fed mine pellets for a few months then he didnt want them so i out flakes he ate those like crazy and still does.

He'll eat sooner or later. Whaterever he does'nt eat, take back out before it rot's to keep the water clean.
