So. Cal
I finally got a chameleon! He's an 11 week old male ambilobe panther. I'm going to keep updating this thread with pics of him as he matures and gets his color. He's going to be stunning! (His daddy was almost all red).

I know they're not big on being handled, kind of like my fish lol. I've had him out only once for photos. I'm planning on handling him once a week or so to clean his cage or take him outside for some sunlight. He really a sweetie, eats out of my fingers and is really calm.

very nice man!! i see these at reptile shows and people will buy them then walk around with them on thier shoulders

your fish lol, anyways I didnt really mean at all,you know though how some ppl treat their herps like a freakin parrot and walk around all day with it it while it just wants to grab the nearest branch to your head and get the heck away lol. Most snakes and some lizards I think are fine with alot of that but some herps just hate it it seems.I know my veiled cam hated it.

Yeah I know! Chams especially don't like to be handled. Do you have a pic of your veiled? I love the way a big male veiled looks.

Took some more pictures, feeding time! I'm so lucky my little guy doesn't mind the camera.
