Glass aquariums usually have silicone that bonds each pane together on their edges and then an additional fillet in all the corners. Any chance of a clear pic of what you are concerned about being insufficient silicone?

If its a brand new tank then i would contact the company and tell them about your problem. If its not it might need a new resealing job done.
