Very nice. I hope to get a colony once I get the space for a tank bigger than my 75. The LFS should give you a decent amount for the young once they get about 3 inches.
What's your male to female ratio? Was the first pic of the alpha male?

I think they are nice! But doubt it very much they are breeding, they look like 1-2 year old....
