Now when it comes to my oscars i adore them
however when it comes to breeding them i dont know too much about it.
my tank already holds a number of fish as you can see from my set up
so when they laid eggs this time i went out and bought a tank divider ( as last time the fry were eaten by others) so now they are seperated from the rest. so now the only way they can die is if they are eaten by parents, disease or malnutrition

so i would much appreciate some advice from here on in as to what to do

also as a little side note everytime they have laid eggs they have come out milk bottle white and from observation this should usually mean they are infertile and will die yet each time fry have hatched from them. is there a reason ffor this ?

This quote is taken from OFL:
Oscars don't get it right 1st time and can take a few attempts before success. if you can handle the stress of letting them get on with it then that's the easy way out. they will get it right after a few goes.

next is to remove the fry to a spare tank. it needs to be set up and cycled ready for the fry. a small flow/current, met blue and the same PH/temp as the main tank is all that's needed. live brine shrimp or liquifry no2 is cichlid baby food.

If your wanting them to live better plan on sucking the eggs or fry out or they will become food!the eggs are white when they come out its the ones that stay white are infertile.the parents will liking still be stressed by tank mates even with the divider they know their still there. GL
