i had 3 bullheads in my 135 tank. got em dip netting a ditch for chubs. at night or when the light was low they cruised the tank for food. otherwise they pretty much just did zero during the day.

At the lake I caught him, I've noticed that they school in groups even during the day. Going to try and catch a group of about 8 or 9 for my 600g pond this summer and see if this increases thier activity level...gonna be interesting since it's a swimming lake and I have to catch them underwater.

right on bro good luck!! diving around big cats is cool, theyre not too shy. i grabbed a 10 lb cats tail spearfishing beofre, it darted away tho after. grab a butterfly net, sounds kinda lame but it works for getting gobies which hold to the bottom also.
