I used to work for pinellas county well I worked at a preserve that had a power plant attached to it. They would let is fish there hot water discharge so durning winter you would see snook from 2 feet to 5 ft easy hard part was catching them I kinda miss that job just for the fishing

I've heard stories about those plants. I used to live on Davis Island and we used to be able to see them cruise the harbor by the ball park, but we could never catch those either. I did catch a small snook off the island in a boat this week though
