It is about time I was able to snap a few shots of this guy. He and another fish have only been in this tank for a few weeks... until the last few days he would always hide. This guy is pretty darn aggr for a little 4"er. He gets all swelled up and faces off with the Midas all the time. Great markings... I wish the camera was better!!!

Did he vent it? Either way, it has potential and should look even better once it heals up a bit. Did you get it with the scars or did it get them during the 2 weeks that you've had it.

Not sure if Rapps vented it or if he just eyed it... I did not think to ask how he knew. I think it got most of the scraps from the two weeks I've had it... I think one of the larger fish was messing with him at first, but now he seems to be doing a whole lot better and those should be gone soon enough. Plus, I think he might have hit a few of the rocks / drift wood pieces. I've since taken a bunch of that stuff out. Thanks.

THIS DARN FISH!!!!! This fish went from me not knowing if it would make it two weeks ago to swelling up and faceing off with my Midas to now starting all kinds if fights. He is the smallest fish in the tank, but punking half my fish. He is kicking the heck out of my 6" Lyonsi all over the place... what happened here? I had zero aggr until today with this guy. I'm really starting to get mad at this guy... but he is a keeper for sure. I might have to give up the Lyonsi, who is the most nice fish you can find. I feel bad.
