Is there anything that I should do? It is relaly small and my water is really clean so I dont think he willl get infected. Any advice on what I can do for him to make him heal faster and safely?

Be sure your water is in good shape. No ammonia or nitrites and nitrates as low as possible. Watch for infection, but catfish are generally good healers.
Great to hear! ya im buying new tests today becuase im out now but they are usually all balanced.
