My catfish won’t eat...

I have a red tail tiger shovel nose hybrid and it hasn’t eaten in almost a week?? He is starting to look very pale...what should I do? He’s not taking anything I offer him

Almost 2 months. He’s been eating Hikari sinking carnivore pellets on the regular. I’ll give him a couple feeder guppies once a week, eats shrimp and worms. Is almost refusing food at this point. Just had my water tested, it was great, don’t know what to do

If the feeder guppies were not quarantined they probably passed something to the TSN when it ate them.
 
It will also help If you listed your parameters so we can further help you.

What do you guys think of this? If it were mine, after testing water params, I'd also increase the temp, and if it didn't eat in a few days, I'd assist feed him (open his mouth and put food in a massage his throat). I've gotten good results in the past.

Would treat with some prazipro and Epsom salt 1 tbsp per 5g. Keep temps down to 78-80 degrees. Post pics of the fish. Tankmates? Last time it ate anything?
