Wow, Cool Pictures of your Catfish!! Does he bother the other fish like the guppies? I like the set-up, natural rock!! Rock-On!!
hes actually pretty melow... ive got gupps in there that are anly like a cm or two long and all he wants is his shrimp pellets and cichlid gold pellets.....ya he thinks hes a cichlid...lol
the tank i aquired from my friend who had hermit crabs in it, the rocks came with it and are from pismo beach, cleaned fifty million times. i had to get a few more (like 20 or so) to fill in some low spots. its also a pain to clean 'cause all the debris gets in between the rock and a vacuum wonts fit in between and the rocks are too big to be moved with the vac.

when the lights off, hes out and about. when the lights on (during the day) he'll come out once or twice to chase the guppies and pick up some food. i got him at about 1" for $17. hes now about 5 1/2 - 6" (full grown i guess) and hes had his lil spot in the top corner of the tank ever since...kinda funny that he hides at the top and not the bottom. he does have some great personality. if the lights off and the kitchen light is on, he'll be out and if i look in he'll come right up to the glass and stare back then do circles and try to get me to follow him to the lid (i guess so i can give him food, 'cause that usually makes him stop paying attention to me).
