My channa tank

Future home for my new channas. I have sand as a substrate. Plants include anubias, java moss, three types of java fern, anacharis, hornwort, water sprite, hydrophilla deformis, water lettuce, salvinias, duck weed, anubias, and something I have not identified yet. I also have pots all over the tank for hiding caves. There are two big pieces of driftwood that stretch from one end of the tank to the other. One piece is completely covered with anubias, ferns, and moss, so you can't even see it.

My tank measures 36" x 18" x 16". As for species, you will have to wait for pictures.

That's water lettuce.

Fish are still settling in. Some of them came in a little beat up. They like to hide, and it was hard trying to shoot some pics. I will take updated photos once they start coloring up more.

nice specimen i collected 4 channa gachua from near by river yesterday ,unfortunately the quarintine tank lid was loose and two of them managed to jump out and die ....

You have a real nice setup man and nice fish ur fish will like it keep us updated
