My cheap turtle pond

Can you get me one?lol Do you know how many gallons it is? Will you be able to house the turtle for life in that? Well, that's a lot less work than the other idea we were talking about!
I'll have to get pics of what I picked up this weekend. Do you need a 29 or 20gallon tank?lol

might be able to house her for life but I think this is just a stepping stone to the bigger pond.

Wow, that's a steal! You should dump some water lettuce in there for your turtle to eat and hide in. It takes off pretty fast too.

Cool. She's a cute one. What else do you plan on adding? Any decor? Do you have a heater for her? Just a heat lamp won't suffice for them.
Do you have a guess on how many gallons? Assuming she's a RES, a pond that would set her for life would be a 100gal+.

i have the exact same thing without the pump though i was going to set it up for my girlfriend RES but i havent got around to it!

if you look to the right you'll see the overflow from the 10 gal W/D sump
1- bag filter
2- heaters
lots of Bio media

not sure what size it is. somewhere between 80 - 100

I plan on building a 450 gal pond in the future.
