My cichlid stopped eating since 2 weeks

hiding all the time in corner. Now in hospital tank.

See my jewel left eye, its white in colour. what diseases it could be, what is the cure.

Any help appreciated

If they eye is white cant tell from pics. But id say bacteria. U could try melafix and aquarium salt. Without better pic hard to tell accurately what it is. what are your water parameters? Any other symptoms?

Eye is cloudy. Water Parameters ammonia -and nitrate are fine. Nitrite is 15 ppm. Ph is 6

I would try to get ph near 7. But if eyes is just cloudy it is more than likely bacterial. So yea i think temp around 80° melafix and aquarium salt. You could try temp and salt first if u are like me and dont like meds. Give it a couple days if no improvement then meds. Word of caution personally i never full dose meds only half doses cause some fish are sensative and id rather play itsafe
