Hey everyone. Just wanted to share with you a video I made earlier tonight while taking a break from studying for finals. Hope you like it. Feel free to leave me your feedback. :)

Looking good. I would put quadruple the amount of rock in. But that's maybe just my preference.

How long has the tank been up?

Thanks. Maybe I'll consider more rocks. I've had the tank running for about 2 weeks with just the rocks and I added the fish and plants last Friday. They seem happy and no signs of aggression. Any tips?

make sure each fish has a hiding spot or two and open water swimming area. YOu could also pile some rocks to make visual barriers.

What are you feeding them?

I'll be sure to collect some more rocks. I'm feeding them Tetra Cichlid granules. My fish love them. I've also got frozen bloodworms that I'll be giving to them for protein.

As far as I know and that's not too far, they need a diet high in vegetable matter as they are predominantly herbivorous. The protein will help with growth but if they don't get enough vegetable matter they get what's known as "Malawi Bloat", which is not good and could be fatal.

What are all the inhabitants?

I just bought some Spirulina from the LFS that I will be mixing with the granules. The tank consists of:

1 Kenyi
1 Venustus
1 Rusty
1 Ice Blue
1 Red Zebra
1 Pleco
3 Brazilian Corydoras
