Here are some numbers from my city's water quality report:
calcium 26.0-57.1
phosphate ND(none detected)
ph 7.87-8.35 (never tested higher than 7.4@home)
specific conductivity 139-383
TDS 120-210
total hardness 60-132
total alkalinity 32.2-72.0
These are some of the terms I recognize. Of course, I'm not exactly sure what they all mean. Is the TDS number the same that I would test at home? My local PH looks high for the fish I keep, but the water looks soft. Can anyone give me some opinions on the water? What do you think? I keep discus and SA/CA cichlids. I have a full report if I'm missing something to form an opinion.
Thanks
Bobby
