MY Clown knife wont eat

Hey everyone i have recently bought a 15cm Clown Knifefish about a week ago. I have tried feeding it bloodworms, frozen brineshrimp, cichlid pellets, plecotabs and at night and day. But he doesnt seem to eat any of it. I put a guppy in the other night and he must have eaten that at night time but i dont want him stuk on live foods coz that will cost too much.

any ideas? thanks

usually once they get hungry enough they will eat non live food, its worked for me with ck's and many other fish b4.
