my coral catshark got a goiter and has a red/brown belly please help me!!!!!

please can someone help me i have 2 coral catsharks one is fine but the othe has got a goiter and has now got a red/brown belly he loosing strength in swimming as i watched him last night he couldnt even make to the top of the tank and just floted down on his side, i noticed this morning that he has been bleeding from the side his breathin is quicker than normal as well i tried phoning a vet but they didnt have no one. please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been trying to treat him with iodide so far but please can some1 help me
