Finally got into craws but mainly because people want me to breed them. I currently have 11 in a 20 long, saw two hooked up the night I got them.

The blue one looks really nice, but will they eat the babies in there? And what kind of light are you using there?

Just a cheap LED light. Once I see a female with eggs.. I will move her to another tank with the same water. Just going to try different things.

I have 2 in a 55 and the fight every chance they get, do the PVC pipes reduce the aggression? Mine are WC so they may have a bit more of a mean streak in them.

I havent seen mine fight yet. I had rocks and caves in there but they were always just aroud the corner from each other. The pipes seem to give them more room, and they hang out of it like they do when you see them under a rock or in a mud hole.

The blue one, is that a procambarus clarkii or procambarus alleni?

I had to blue crays in a 30 long and eventually I ended up with one. They were the same size but good luck!
