Don't use the whole embed code. Ever since the last youtube update, it has refused to work. Instead, just use the last set of numbers/letters after the "=" sign from the URL.

Example : URL = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-CG5GI4lAUA
We use the -CG5GI4lAUA from the end and paste that in between the youtube icons. Nice pair you have there.
