My dad just got home from fishing and he caught this big ]v[onster!

A good 26"!

He only knows the vietnamese name of this fish, and I'm curious what kind of fish is this?!

If saltwater it might be a red fish.

freshwater then its probably a drum of some sort.

Deffo looks like a drummer. They are saltwater too BTW

it looks like a black drum

red drum (redfish) have a black spot on the tail, which I don't see..
