got this guy about a month ago. nice and active. i'm trying to get a species id, and i know you guys will help in a jiffy! from the id chart sticky thread, i think its a microlepis of sorts.

a few weeks later, much more stable after gravel was added.
i know, feeders is no bueno, but i was trying to show my gf how awesome datnoids feed. i got him on a frozen bloodworm and krill diet right now, gonna try to get him to eat pellets as he gets a bit bigger.

he's about 3"-3.5" right now. i want to pick up more datnoids and frontosa when i get a bigger tank. i <3 datnoids.
so what do you guys think it is, so when i tell my friends about my datnoid, i just don't say datnoid, i want some scientific lingo! lol
here's some pictures of more mature bigger datnoids (there were about 4 of them in the tank) that i just snapped at the LFS. i love seeing them that size. hope mine gets that big.
