I have a common MFK'r issue......too many fish, not big enough tanks!!! I was planning on putting my big FH in my 240, but he doesn't get along with my Arowana. He has been stuck in my 55 gallon for awhile now. He's too big. I was gonna use the 55 he is in for my African Cichlids, but now it seems like I'm going to want a 90 or 125 for them.

I can't get two more large tanks, shouldn't even get one more. However, I was thinking about trying to trade or sell the FH and my 29gal and get a 125 or something for the Africans.

OR sell the 55 and buy something bigger for the Flowerhorn? This fish was a tiny baby when I got it....now a beast. I like it a lot!! I would still have to find a place for the Africans....maybe just put them in the 240 and see how long they last.

What would you do???

hmmmm... well depends on how many Africans u have but i would buy a 90 for the FH and put the Africans in the 55 and the 29 u have

If you like the FH more than the Africans, sell the 55, 29, and the Africans and find a used 125 for him and you still have room for a few more monsters in your newly purchased 125. You can always get more africans but not a FH like that for a cheap price. Just trying to help!;):)

sell the 29 and buy a 90g and put the FH in the 90g the put hte africans in the 55(btw the is a guy that is selling his 110g on here for $75) hope i helped...i'l get you his username if you want it he lives in tenesee and will not ship.

Get another tank :D You only live once my friend :D

I always just set up another tank :)

Infact I have a similar prob..So I jus tset up a 55.. And am getting another 125 ready this last couple days.:D

Do not sell your FH. Tear down and sell what tanks you do not need and move the FH into a larger tank. Keep the africans in the 55G. Dont put the africans in the 240G either, thats social suicide.

Get the 125g (150g possible?) and put a divider in it, FH on one side / Africans on the other...Use the 55g as a sump for the new 125g/150g.

I take it your still living at home (wherever that is?). (is that the reason for no more tanks? :D)
