My Discus fishes

they are no longer with me right now but i still have there memory

What happened to them?

except for the leopard discus(last pic)which is now with my cousin.they are now deceased maybe because of change in water conditions.I don't know the real cause because the fishes are healthy a day before finding it dead the next day.
