hey guys, well i posted a thread like this awhile back, and the tank didn't hold water :irked: because the horrible silicone job.. we learned how to do it. And here are the pics of us setting up the frame putting the glass together and filling it up with water.:naughty::naughty: it holds we will be ordering the filters and heater tommarow.The inhabits are a motoro stingray and tiger oscar, Let me know what you think.

the silicone job last time we got started and were missing spots all messy but we had to go because we started so just the silicone job :P
 
Thanks, i will be posting pictures of us getting filters and heater put in. so stay tuned.
 
Here's a dumb question. Is the full tank going to sit on the carpet or do you have a stand for it? Condensation on the glass would wet the carpet and cause it to mold/rot.

It would be nice to have it drilled for a sump or wet/dry filter (just my 2 cents). It would make water changes and cleaning filters easier.

The tank looks nice and clean, much better than my repair jobs (thick and uneven lines of silicone). Well done and your ray and oscar look nice and healthy. How big is your ray?
