hello guys, seems that i need more post on this forum, but i dont know what to post
so now i want to share my diy filter build inside the aquarium.
i have glass aquarium 90cm x 50cm x 33 cm
so this is the drawing top view (dimension using cm)
and this how it look top view, im using rectangle natural stone to hide the filter from front view
this is the drawing from back, the arrow is the water flow should be
that the natural stone, im using the most light stone i can find and glue it with silicone..
for the first chamber im using jampat, 2nd im using filter floss, 3rd is biohome media, then the pump
this is the side view, where the water enter the filter
the water should come from top and bottom, the bottom actualy has 5mm gap so water can enter
i paint it black on the filter side
and this is the front view
now i build the filter cover, so no light can enter the filter, using this black sponge thing
this sponge easier to cut, block light but can allow air to enter for circulation or something like that
now i put it to the filter, its fit nice
so this is the final aquarium, im using 1.400 LpH water pump
for aeration instead using some air pump, i build like mini trickle, from acrylic, 20cm x 4cm x 8cm
so thats my diy filter.
