Well since i didn't want to set up any more actual tanks in my house, and i wanted to have a quarantine/feeder tank i decided i would try something DIY. What I did was i took a cheap cooler and filled it with water and put it next to the tank, which had a bubbler on it with two spots for an air hose. I hooked this up to the cooler, i then added a large rock from the cycled tank to hopefully start the cycle. Right now the tank is holding 10 gallons of water, but I'm guessing that it can hold around 13. Do you see anything wrong with this? Is There anything else that i should do?
