Tried my hand at a PVC overflow not too long ago, a success but kinda ugly, bulky and all round awkward.
Now after finding what I have been looking for may I present my DIY overflow MKII.
I know pics are crappy I need a camera as my phone sucks and I have to try to manually white balance once off of the phone because the options are horrible.
The only part that I can think of that I would like to change is instead of having the uptake tubes tie-wrapped in place I need to think of a better way of holding them.
Decided to put the bulkheads up high like that figuring the box will act kinda like a settling tank and will be easier to clean that way.
I have yet to test it so I imagine there will be tweaking of plumbing and such and unforeseen hurdles as there is always something over-looked.
On an aside: how do I resize images? I tried dragging the place marks while originally inserting them and they still come out full size.
