Do you have any flat places for the female to lay her eggs? Clay pots work well, as do large flat rocks.
Keep temps around 80, and just give them a little time. Sometimes a water change can kick them into gear.

Yes, I have flat rocks in the tank. I was planning on putting a flower pot in the tank also.

temp 78-80 make sure to have heater to keep up with the tank.
lots of food for the female power feed for a week or two before doing water changes.
very cold water changes and when i say cold i mean as cold as you can get it out of the tap.
do them every three days or so 25-35% at a time (makes them think its the rainy season so they want to spawn naturally) and with the abundance of food they get they will produce more offspring.
some where flat and smooth that can handle 600+ eggs from your female.
sit back and wait
