Long term, they max at 32-36". Mine is already around 30".

they are picsivorous no? so any tank mates eventually?

(He)..just a guess due to coloration is pretty much always that active. He will sit and look out for a little while then do a swim thru or two and then sit again. This was not feeding time, during that he simply sits straight up in the water and comes to the surface to meet my hand for his shrimp.

As for tankmates, so far he is in with several peppermint shrimp, a coral banded shrimp, a damsel, and yesterday I added a small Copperbanded Butterfly. He has not attacked a single one.

The peppermints and CBB had better get to eating some aptasia though,,LOL
