My Dumb Idea of the Day

Ok, so I'm watching Mythbusters and they are making stuff (like a cannon) out of duck tape. So I got to thinking....could you make a fish tank out of the stuff?

Depends on how big. I have seen water buckets made from it. But I certainly wouldn't even bother.

I saw that episode and I made a duck tape/cardboard boat, it held out the water pretty well and got about 3 days use out of it before I tipped and the whole inside colapsed so now its in the trash but it was AWESOME!

There are no dumb ideas - only ideas that need a little more refinement...

Even though it would be possible, the duct tape tank wouln't be as cost effective as a big rubbermaid tub or probably even a plywood tank.
