So I had them in a 40g tank at temps of around 65. I decided to put them in my 240 community display at a temp of 77. I took a few days to bring their tank temp up and put them in the main display. Anyways they started digging a hole in the sand and defending one corner, so I figured they were going to breed. I thought they would never actually be successful due to the 20 or so other fish and two small catfish. Welll they were and there are about 100 fry in the tank. I was wondering what to feed them. I was not really set up for this so they are going to stay in the main display and see if they survive.

You can feed them with baby brine shrimps or powdered flakes.
They won't survive in main tank, parents will stop protecting them after week or two.

Good Luck

I have been crushing up some flake to give to them. Here are some pics. The second is of the catfish I took out of the 90g Oscar tank the day before the spawn because the Oscar was getting aggressive towards the catfish.

as long as the other tank mates can't get the babies then they should be fine.
