A crappy video of my little Electric Blue crayfish (not sure about the exact species).

This is my first venture into invertebrates (not counting apple snails).

Amazing! I had a crayfish I caught out of a stream at my ex-girlfriends house 2 years ago. It was huge and had red spikes on its legs...finally gave it to my teacher a month ago so it would be in a bigger tank. He was pretty dang awesome.
 
Looks like a female cherax quadricarinatus, i think, they're a lot of fun to keep, very active and each have their own personality! Very nice
 
Really nice! I love how it moves it's feeler thingys at you. It's like it's trying to "test" the water to see what you are doing... but then it gets confused because you aren't in the water:) Reminds me of my Cherry Shrimp.
