IN YOUR HEAD
I am hopping and thinking it is a male. It has a lot of blues already(hard to get in pics). I am hoping it is a male to try for some jag x dovii hybrids.

To small to say yet for sure if its a male. Looking good though ;) i think i see some blue. Any chance for better pics? I know they are fast little suckers.

I'll try, but it is 1.5-2" and it has 6' of running room. It is very hard to get it to sit still so I can get a pic. I'll try though. I am having the same problem as you getting the blue on camera. The fins are very blue and its body has an azul pbass tone to it. With the amount of blue I am seeing it will be one bad ass female if it is not a male.

I was so close to selling my dovii today. I am kinda glad I didn't, but the main reason was I was $15 short on trade ins to get the mala wolf they had so I kept the dovii. So it has the 40breeder all to itself. So I just spent the credit on more tetras and some peacock gudgeons.

If you put a gun to my head I'd say male from the blurry pics. Still really small. You can usually tell them apart by 3in. A none speedy gonzales pic would help, but I know it darts around like a hornet.
